Certain optional promotional services, such as Featured Listings or Boosted Listings, may be available for a fee. Any applicable price and service conditions will be shown before purchase.

Refunds are subject to the applicable Paid Service terms, GoPing's refund provisions and applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated, paid service fees are non-refundable once the service has been activated.

No. Paid promotional services are designed to provide enhanced visibility or placement, but GoPing does not guarantee a specific number of views, enquiries, leads, calls, customers, bookings, sales or other commercial results.

No. GoPing provides a platform for users to discover and connect with other users. GoPing does not guarantee sales, bookings, enquiries, leads, customers or other commercial outcomes.

Listings must be lawful, accurate and not misleading.

GoPing does not permit listings involving illegal goods or services, fraud, scams, sexually explicit or exploitative content, impersonation, misleading information, infringement of third-party rights, spam, malware or other prohibited activity.

GoPing may remove or restrict listings that violate its Terms, policies or applicable law.

Yes. GoPing allows businesses, companies, organisations, agencies, professionals and other eligible entities to use the platform, including business profiles and listings where those features are available.

Goa Bazaar is a supportive initiative for the Goa community — the local section of GoPing designed to help people discover and list products, businesses and services available in Goa.

Goa Bazaar is a place to discover and list local products, handmade goods, food, specialty items and services from Goa. Whether you're a local seller, artisan, food business, farmer, service provider or small business, you can list eligible products and services in the relevant Goa Bazaar categories.

You can list: Handicrafts; Art & Decor; Pottery & Ceramics; Souvenirs & Gifts; Other Local Products; Food Carts & Pop-Up Stalls; Meat & Poultry; Farm Fresh Products; Homemade Food & Masalas; Artisans; Catering Services; and General Worker Services (local workers offering permitted services such as assistance with general work).

All listings must comply with GoPing's Terms, listing guidelines and applicable laws. Certain products, services or activities may not be permitted on the platform.

Send details of your business, services or product to support@goping.in.

Include: Business Name / Name, Contact Number, a short description of your business or product, and 2 high-quality photos of your product, service or business.

If you believe a listing or account violates GoPing's Terms, contains misleading information, or may involve fraudulent or prohibited activity, you can report it through the reporting mechanisms on GoPing or contact GoPing Support.

Open the listing and use the report button, or email support@goping.in with the listing link and details.

No. GoPing does not undertake to verify the identity, qualifications, ownership, licences or legitimacy of every user or listing.

Users should independently verify information before entering into a transaction or arrangement.

Prefer public places, tell a friend where you are going, and never share OTPs, bank passwords, or remote-access apps.

Be cautious of deals that feel rushed or ask for advance payment outside the platform without a clear reason.

Open Sign Up and register with your phone or email (Google sign-in is also available where enabled).

Complete your profile so buyers and sellers can trust your listings.

Sign in, then tap Post Ad. Choose a category, add photos, title, description, price, and location, then submit.

Some categories ask for extra details so buyers can filter accurately.

Yes. Open Account → My listings to update details, manage photos, or remove an ad that is sold or no longer needed.
